MedinyX was approached to find a solution to implement a large program on Global Travel Insurance being sold in 32 countries. Each of these countries had different regulations, separate insurance companies involved, separate Assistance companies involved. MedinyX with its patented smart travel insurance sales platform was in a position to rapidly implement the sales channel and various online distribution channels and made this program a success.

MedinyX was approached by Eurocross for its expertise and Case Management Platform, the MedinyX 360° for Medical and Travel Assistance. The Case Management Platform of Medinyx was chosen because of its in-depth solution with a 360 Degrees approach on how inbound case management is being dealt with. The flagship product of MedinyX, the Case Management Platform, was well suited for the client and implemented in a brief time period. Providing an immediate control over operations, case management and yet bringing it into play with Netherlands having a full control and overview of its business.

When Savitar Group approached MedinyX for a solution, they needed a flexible platform to take care of all three segments which were Travel, Medical and Roadside. Additionally, they were also expanding with a multi-country operation and needed a strong platform that was able to handle the detailing of currency fluctuations, quick turn around service deliveries and yet manage the entire portfolio via its clients based all over the Russian region. With a mix of both outbound and inbound cases they needed a platform that was able to handle all this at the same time. When asked MedinyX implemented the platform with success and currently the platform has been in use for a long time period. This has helped Savitar expand its operations further to different geographies and also operate multiple offices.

MedinyX was well reputed within the industry by the good work done and the head of digital transformation met up with our CEO. Right after the first round of meeting MedinyX brought in its team and not only ended up implementing the travel Insurance bit but the final contract has also been extended towards other business lines such as Motor and Health.

The challenge Prime Air faced was it had multiple basis and multiple aircraft types configured under Air Ambulance operations. Prime Air needed a highly reliable platform that would be able to help its alarm center quotation operatives come up with a quick TAT on client flight quote requests. MedinyX AA 360° is a bespoke platform designed just for the Alarm Center operations where Aviation and Medical Assistance both merge along with flight operations and case management operations. With the capacity of multiple aircraft configuration, block flight times, forecasts of wind speed and accurate quotations, the clients of Prime Air and its team were glad to be able to give faster TATs. The platform helped reduce errors on calculations reduced overall Staff stress and assisted in bringing a stability towards the flight alarm center operations.
